Employer Support Awards - ACT and Southern NSW - November 2019
Employers in the ACT and Southern NSW Region were recognised in Canberra on Wednesday, 6 November 2019, for their outstanding support to Australian Defence Force Reserve employees.
The Defence Employer Support Awards are held annually in each state across Australia to recognise employers who ‘go above and beyond’ to support their Reservists.
The nominees for the award were:

- ACT Environment Protection Authority
- Nova Systems Group
- Xavier High School Albury
- Department of Home Affairs
- NSW Police Force, Wollongong Police District
- Inspector-General of Intelligence & Security
- NSW Health Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District
The Canberra Hospital Intensive Care Unit was announced as the 2019 ACT/Southern NSW Supportive Employer and Department of Human Services was runner-up.
